RATES FOR RENTING THE WHOLE FIRST FLOOR BY THE POOL

Regardless if you choose 2 or 3 bedroom usage, you will get the whole first floor by the pool by yourselves where also the full-sized kitchen, dining area, entertainment room and gym is situated. When the owners are not staying at the upper floor, you will also get access to the upper terrace. Rates below are for 4 people when choosing 2 bedroom usage and for 6 people when choosing 3 bedroom usage. Up to 2 extra beds can be provided against extra charges.

RATES FOR RENTING THE ENTIRE VILLA

If you prefer to have the ENTIRE VILLA for yourselves, you can use 3 bedrooms or all 4 bedrooms in the villa. The fourth bedroom is situated at the upper floor. When renting the ENTIRE VILLA, you will get access to the upper terrace and the new modern indoor kitchen that is situated together with a very spacious dining and living area on the upper floor in addition to the whole area by the pool. Rates below are for up to 6 people with 3 bedroom usage and 8 people with 4 bedroom usage. Up to 2 extra beds can be provided against extra charges.
